1) Gather all the information you need to fill out the Online CAS Proposal Form

2) Fill out and submit the online CAS Proposal Form.

3) Immediately create a page in your wiki for that activity.

4) Add a link to the page in your wiki side bar

5) Begin your written reflections. (Remember aimed toward fulfilling the criteria)

6) Take and upload photos to the page of you participating in that activity (try flickr if you aren't sure how to size them correctly)

7) When you finish the project write up an individual completion form.

8) Show your supervisor your write-up: send them a link to join your wiki or show them your write-up on a computer or print out the page for that activity and share it with them.

9) Ask them to varify that the project addressed the criteria you mentioned by signing the form.

10 ) Hand the form in to Mr. Clark
